Margaret received her BA in Biological Field Sciences from UC Berkeley in 1968, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Margaret is married with two adult children.

Carrie also is AGM's mortgage credit expert aiding borrowers in filling out HUD forms, securing the required financial references and completing all the mortgage credit documents. Previously she has worked for a number of companies in accounting and financial management functions. She is married and has one child.

Tamera joined AGM in 2009 to lead originations for healthcare related FHA transactions. She comes to AGM with more than 20 years experience in commercial lending and the healthcare industry, most recently serving as the Director of GE Capital’s long term care real estate division for the Eastern US. She is a member of many associations, including the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, American Seniors Housing Association, American Health Care Association and the National Investment Center. She received her BA degree from Muhlenberg College and MS from Drexel University. Tamera is married and has a daughter who attends Colby College in Maine.

Steve joined AGM in 2001 and is a HUD-approved underwriter who has transitioned to loan origination. He was a senior underwriter in the Bank of America CMBS conduit program and was an instructor at JHU's Berman Real Estate Institute in 2000. Previously, Steve was associated with Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell for 13 years as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant, earning the MAI designation in 1992. Steve received a Liberal Arts BA in 1985 from St. Johns College, Annapolis, MD. Steve has a wonderful teenage daughter.

Dan joined AGM as an underwriter in 2000, previously spending five years at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (as the tax credit coordinator, multifamily housing officer, and homeownership loan officer), as well as Second National Bank, Standard Federal Savings Bank, First Federal of Annapolis, and Baltimore Federal Financial. Dan received his BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Towson State University in 1976 and his MBA from Loyola College in 1994.
