Boblitz-Randolph brings more than 18 years of multifamily finance expertise to her new leadership role. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, including serving as Multifamily Housing Director at Ginnie Mae, where she oversaw issuer portfolio management and program adherence. In the private sector, she managed servicing operations for loan portfolios exceeding $3 billion with boutique HUD lenders.
She is also a certified HUD MAP/LEAN Construction Loan Administrator and an ICF Certified Executive Coach. Her deep industry knowledge, commitment to leadership, and focus on operational excellence make her well-positioned to help guide the Subcommittee’s work on behalf of FHA servicers nationwide.
