Margaret is the CEO, founder in 1990, and owner of AGM. She has more than 35 years’ experience processing FHA insured multifamily loans. She is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Margaret received her B.A. in Biological Field Sciences from UC Berkeley in 1968, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Margaret is married with two adult children and five grandchildren.

Myles has spent more than 15 years in commercial real estate with experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Prior to joining AGM in 2013 he was a Vice President of Asset Management with The JBG Companies in Chevy Chase, MD. Before joining JBG, Myles was an Investment Analyst for the Akridge Companies in Washington, DC. He also spent several years underwriting and originating GSE debt at Reilly Mortgage Group before it was acquired by Wells Fargo. His degrees include: B.A. Geography, Bucknell University; M.B.A., Darden School of Business, The University of Virginia.

Frank Grosch has over 36 years of experience in multifamily finance, development, and operations in both for-profit and not-for-profit settings. Prior to joining AGM, Frank participated in the development, acquisition, and financing of more than sixty affordable and market-rate multifamily projects with total capitalization exceeding $2.0 billion. He is an honors graduate of the University of Rochester and holds an MBA in finance from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Frank is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and former chair of ULI Virginia. He enjoys, hiking, biking and fly fishing near his home in central Virginia.

Brian C. LaChapelle

Brian joined AGM in 2001. He was responsible for underwriting multifamily and senior-restricted properties. Projects underwritten include both market-rate and affordable; structured financing with secondary debt, project-based Section 8, PILOT's and low income housing tax credit equity. Brian transitioned from Deputy Chief Underwriter to Origination in 2018. He received a B.S. in Agriculture and Resources Economics from the University of Maryland in 2000 and graduated with an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 2010. Brian is married with children.

Steve joined AGM in 2001 and is a HUD-approved underwriter who transitioned to loan origination. Steve is an Instructor for the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program, teaching the Valuation Analysis & Investment Math course every year since 2013. During the 2015-16 academic year, he was an Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development, co-teaching both Market Analysis and Valuation courses. Previously, he was a senior underwriter in the Bank of America CMBS conduit program and a commercial real estate appraiser, earning the MAI designation in 1992. Steve received a Liberal Arts B.A. from St. John’s College, Annapolis, MD in 1985. Steve is very proud of his wonderful daughter.

Donald joined the AGM origination team in November of 2016 and is active in deal generation for financing affordable, market rate, and mixed-use developments. Donald successfully completed the MBA’s FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program in 2018 and is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore. Donald received his B.A. in Business Management and Economics from Washington College in 2015, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to AGM, Donald worked at the National Institutes of Health in the Office of the Director and interned for Delegate Barbara Frush at the Maryland General Assembly in Annapolis.
