The project includes 70 one-bedrooms, 125 two-bedrooms, and 32 three-bedrooms with 30 detached garages. Using HUD’s Section 221d4 New Construction program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $26,317,700 at a fixed interest rate with a 40-year term.
