Collingswood Nursing Home is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility located in Rockville, Maryland. AGM refinanced Collingswood’s two existing HUD-insured loans into a new $12,612,300 mortgage through HUD’s Section 232/223a7 LEAN program. Collingswood was also able to fund capital expenditures, increase the term to 40 years and reduce their interest rate by over 350 basis points. The new loan has a 40 term.
