Cove Point I is a 100 unit senior apartment building located in Dundalk, Maryland. The 2004 construction of the project was financed by AGM using HUD’s Section 231 program and 9% low income housing tax credits. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM recently obtained a new insured mortgage of $3,950,600.
