Kingsview Village Apartments is a 195 unit upscale apartment community to be built in Germantown, Maryland. Using HUD’s Section 221d4 New Construction program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $31,959,300 with a fixed interest rate over a 40-year term. The project will have 131 market rate units and 64 moderate price dwelling units (MPDU) which will be comprised of 79 one-bedroom and 116 two-bedroom units.
