Printers Square Apartments is a 60-unit historic apartment building located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. The property was originally financed using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) Substantial Rehabilitation program in June 2005. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM obtained a new insured mortgage of $4,388,600.
