Quill Apartments is a 180-unit family affordable apartment community to be built in Norfolk, Virginia. The community offers three-story walk-up buildings with a clubhouse and playground as well as a pool and fitness center located on phase one of the community. Using HUD’s Section 221d4 New Construction program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $14,800,000 at a fixed interest rate with a 40-year term. The project includes 30 one-bedrooms, 114 two-bedrooms, and 36 three-bedroom units.
