Steve joined AGM in 2001 and is a HUD-approved underwriter who transitioned to loan origination. Steve is an Instructor for the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program, teaching the Valuation Analysis & Investment Math course every year since 2013. ... During the 2015-16 academic year, he was an Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland’s Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development, co-teaching both Market Analysis and Valuation courses. Previously, he was a senior underwriter in the Bank of America CMBS conduit program and a commercial real estate appraiser, earning the MAI designation in 1992. Steve received a Liberal Arts B.A. from St. John’s College, Annapolis, MD in 1985. Steve is very proud of his wonderful daughter.
