Alta at Regency Crest is a 150-unit age restricted 4-story elevator-served market rate apartment building located in Ellicott City, Maryland. The project was originally built in 2010 using the HUD section 231 program. Utilizing the HUD 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties AGM was able to reduce the interest rate from 5.54% to 4.36% with a new mortgage of $27,892,400.
