The project consists of twelve two and three story buildings, a one-level clubhouse, and a maintenance building/carwash. The buildings were constructed in 2000. This gated community offers several high quality amenities including a fitness center, business center, an outdoor pool, two tennis courts, car wash, sport court and a playground. AGM obtained an $11,849,100 HUD-insured mortgage under the 223(f) program which provides long-term, fixed rate debt at a significantly lower interest rate.
