The Morgan is a 164 unit market rate apartment complex located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The 2010 construction of the project was financed by AGM using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) program. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM reduced the mortgagor’s interest rate with a new insured mortgage of $24,115,100.
