Hickory Ridge Place is a 108 unit existing Section 8 apartment building located in Columbia, Maryland. The building was constructed in 1979 and renovated in 2003 using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) program and 4% low income housing tax credits, along with several soft loans. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM obtained a new insured mortgage of $4,970,400.
