Highland Commons Apartments is a 120 unit existing apartment building located in Aberdeen, Maryland. The building was constructed in 1980 and renovated in 2006 using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) program and low income housing tax credits. Additional funding was provided by a PILOT and soft debt from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM obtained a new insured mortgage of $4,639,800.
