River Ridge of Canton is a 356 unit existing apartment building located in Canton, Georgia. The building was constructed in 2003/2004; the original loan was funded with the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt Multifamily Revenue Bonds by the Housing Authority of the City of Canton, Georgia. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM obtained a new insured mortgage of $10,892,700.
