Marley Station is a 757 unit mixed income community located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The community was originally built in 1964 and rehabilitated in 1996. AGM obtained a $50,250,000 HUD insured mortgage under the 223f Refinance program. The loan generated $5,180,000 of loan proceeds to be used for repairs as well as cash out proceeds.
