New Hill Place Apartments will consist of 12 three-story walk-up garden apartment buildings, one community building, detached garages and storage units. Utilizing HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) New Construction program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $42,339,600 at a fixed interest rate with a 40-year term.
