Rolling Green Apartments

Rolling Green Apartments is a 118-unit family apartment community comprised of 4 three-story buildings to be built in North Sarasota, Florida. Using HUD’s Section 221d4 New Construction program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $9,000,000 with a fixed interest rate over a 40-year term. Additional funding was provided through short-term tax-exempt bonds and the sale of 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  The project includes 18 two-bedroom, 83 three-bedroom and 17 four-bedroom units.
