Tanglewood Apartments is an existing 132 unit affordable community located in Silver Spring, Maryland. The community was originally built in 1949 and substantially rehabilitated with Low Income Housing Tax Credits in 2013. AGM obtained a $12,510,000 HUD insured mortgage under the 223f Refinance program with a 35 year term and a fixed interest rate.
