The project includes 16 efficiency units, 57 one-bedroom garden-style units, 58 two-bedroom townhouse-style units and 44 three-bedroom townhouse-style units. The property was initially constructed in 1973 and completed a modest renovation in 2001. Using HUD’s Section 221d4 program for insurance advances, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $8,485,000 at a fixed interest rate with a 40-year term.
