Amber Commons is a 198 unit apartment complex located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The buildings were constructed in 1972. In 2009, AGM financed the substantial rehabilitation of the project using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) program. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM recently obtained a new insured mortgage of $32,941,600.
