Tanglewood Lake Apartments is a 180 unit apartment complex located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The 2008 construction of the project was financed by AGM using HUD’s Section 221(d)(4) program. Using HUD’s 223(a)(7) program for currently insured properties, AGM recently obtained a new insured mortgage of $18,258,400.
